Yokohama City Action Plan

To realise carbon neutrality by 2050, the city of Yokohama designed in 2018 a 3C approach (choice, creation, collaboration) aiming at decarbonizing the energy system, the mobility, economy, buildings, production, consumption, and lifestyles. Special attention is given to technology and innovation as well as adaptation and resilience to the effects of climate change.
